This page explains what information we collect when you visit mydapple.com or buy from us, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.

1. What We Collect

• When you buy: your name, shipping address, email, phone number (if you give it) and what you ordered. Your card details go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you join our email list: your email address.
• When you email us: your email and what you wrote.
• When you visit: your device type, browser, rough location and the pages you looked at. This comes from cookies and similar tools.

2. How We Use It

• To ship your order and send you order updates.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To send you emails about Dapple, if you joined the list. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
• To see how people use the site so we can make it better.
• To show Dapple ads to people who visited the site, and to measure if our ads work.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments.
• Shipping carriers, so they can deliver your tub.
• Email tools, so we can send order updates and newsletters.
• Meta and Google, through cookies and pixels, so we can run and measure ads.

Each of them has their own privacy policy and can only use your data to do their job for us.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep your cart, remember you, and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but your cart may not be saved.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as the law requires, usually 7 years for tax reasons. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@mydapple.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in California, the EU or the UK, you have extra rights under local law, and we honor them.

7. Children

Our site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
